Joseph's People encourages the organization of new chapters to service the needs of the unemployed and underemployed outside of existing chapter boundaries. If you would like to establish a new chapter, a Joseph's People volunteer will be happy to meet with you to discuss how this can be accomplished. We can provide the assistance needed to establish a new chapter.
