We
are an Ecumenical support Mission that began at St. Joseph Church in Chester
County, Pennsylvania in February of 1995. Since that time, we have helped
more than 2,100 people to recover from the loss of their jobs.
People
who come to Joseph's People have lost their jobs (unemployed) or are working
in a job that does not provide a family supporting income with benefits
(underemployed).
It
does not matter where you live, what religion you are or are not, how
long you have been out of work, or what kind of work you need. All are
welcome.
Joseph's
People chapters provide their services free of charge. Your obligation
to Joseph's People is very simple. We ask that when you get that new job,
you help someone else find a position of employment.
One
or more churches in the community sponsor Joseph's People Groups.
